Fanbase Fuel combines two connected systems: the Creative Operating System and the Marketing Operating System. We build your visual brand through intentional content, then put that content to work through marketing systems designed to reach, engage, and convert your audience.

WHAT DO I ACTUALLY HAVE TO DO?

Very little. We handle the strategy, creative direction, production, editing, and—depending on your package—the marketing systems that distribute your content and manage your leads. You bring us your business and your vision. We handle the process.

WHAT IS THE FANBASE FUEL MARKETING ENGINE?

The Fanbase Fuel Marketing Engine is the system that puts your content to work. Depending on your package, it can include CRM, lead capture, appointment booking, email and SMS follow-up, automation, sales pipelines, and marketing analytics.

HOW DOES THE CREATIVE PROCESS CONNECT TO MARKETING?

The Creative Operating System builds the brand. The Marketing Operating System puts that brand to work. Your content moves from creation to distribution, lead capture, follow-up, conversion, and optimization.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE VIDEO IS PRODUCED?

Your content is prepared for the channels where your audience is active and, when applicable, connected to your marketing systems. Instead of simply delivering a finished video, we help turn that content into an active part of your marketing strategy.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY MONTHLY INVESTMENT?

Your package determines the level of creative production and marketing support you receive. No. That's part of what you're hiring us for. We develop the content strategy and creative direction around your business, audience, goals, and brand so you don't have to figure out what to create on your own.

CAN YOU WORK WITH MY EXISTING BRAND?

Absolutely. We can build from your existing brand, strengthen your current visual identity, or help evolve it through a more intentional content strategy. We meet your brand where it is and build from there.

HOW DOES THIS INTEGRATE WITH OUR EXISTING MARKETING?

Fanbase Fuel is designed to complement what you're already doing—not necessarily replace it. Your content can plug into your existing website, social channels, advertising, email campaigns, and other marketing efforts. Our Marketing Engine can also provide additional infrastructure where needed.

HOW LONG DOES THE CREATIVE PROCESS TAKE?

Timelines depend on the scope and production requirements of the project. We establish the production schedule before work begins and communicate expectations clearly throughout the process. Our standard recap video turnaround is 7 days.

CAN I START WITH CREATIVE AND ADD THE MARKETING ENGINE LATER?

Yes. Fanbase Fuel is designed to grow with your business. You can start with the Creative Operating System through Fanbase Starter and add the Marketing Engine later as your marketing needs become more sophisticated.
